Little Slice of Paradise | Walk to Beach + ViBe District Studio + Parking

We needed a place to stay at the last minute, and the host was incredibly accommodating and made the booking process quick and stress-free. The property was exactly what we needed for our trip. One of the best parts was the location—it was within walking distance of the beach and several great restaurants, so we barely had to drive. Parking was also easy and convenient, which made everything even better. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Clean and Comfortable. Nice furniture. really well thought out layout for the space. Was a little smaller then we expected and the kitchenette was also a little less then expected. Kitchen has basics and was functional. We appreciated the shower size; that it wasn't tiny and the shower head was up high. Also appreciated the water quality was good. Location did allow for easy walking to many places.

Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable! This little house is adorable and so cozy and the location is very nice. It is in a residential area, just a few blocks from the beach. My daughter and I were there for Point Break Festival and just parked the car for the weekend and walked everywhere. It was about 1.5 miles all the way to the venue, but to just get right to the beach, about a half mile. It was nice to have a cozy and quiet place to come back to after a very long, hot day!

Pros to this property:- Super close to the Vibe district and the beach. - Very walkable neighborhood that felt super safe and welcoming. - Easy self check-in with no major issues. - Space was cute and had basic amenities. We really appreciated the mini fridge. - Very fast communication from hosts. Cons:- WiFi was on but did not work during the entire stay. We were in the apartment attached to the main home, so maybe the signal was really weak. - Space did not have much AC, making it a bit stuffy and hot in June. - Early check-in required a 75 fee. We asked to store our bags in the backyard while waiting to check in, as we got in at 9 AM, and were denied. We had to pay to store our bags at a UPS. The lack of flexibility was a little disappointing. - Space felt a little dirty. - Bathroom door had open slots, so didn’t create a full barrier like a normal door would. Little privacy when using the toilet and at the right angle, you could see someone stepping out of the shower. Not the best for 2 coworkers traveling but also not the end of the world. - Price for space felt overinflated. However, this is peak season for the area, so I understand that this is likely driven by the market and need.

For the price, I thought it would be a lot nicer. The bedding was dirty and the whole place needs a deep clean. I think it’s outrageous to charge a 95 linen fee and have dirty sheets. For me, the location was good, walking distance to both the beach and the convention center.
