Beach Retreat Near North End of Boardwalk | Walk to Oceanfront + Local Charm

An excellent location to the beach, restaurants, and the boardwalk for a quick family vacation. Would stay again!

New construction house. Cute design and layout. Close enough to beach but residential quiet.Very basic accessories and could use more area rugs and at entryway. All outdoor lighting was out. Should have beach gear, wagons, chairs, umbrellas, etc., so plan to bring your own.

Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. House was as listed. We had a great time.

The communication was great. The representatives answering inquiries are really pleasant and quick to respond. As someone who has never visited VA Beach, maybe it's just me but the area was really sketchy. The houses on on a nice neat street but once you get to the corner (towards the beach), there is a 7 Eleven that has constant groups of guys asking for money or knodding off. While sitting on the porch the next morning, three mentally ill people passed me talking out loud and the other three a beer can in the grass. I'm from the city so I see this all the time but on vacation, I was hoping to skip the experience. Also, if you enjoy the sound of constant airplanes while you sleep, you'll love it.The house was nice and clean though. Hopefully, this heads up will help someone plan their trip.

Excellent property. It was clean, close to the beach and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.
