Clean close to the beach it was simple easy and convenient

Great location, but some areas need improvementThe biggest advantage of this property is the excellent central location. It’s just one block from the beach and boardwalk attractions, on a quiet dead-end street, and only about a half-block from a grocery store. Being able to walk to almost everything was very convenient.There were, however, several drawbacks. Parking is very tight—there is barely enough room for two cars, and no off-street parking permits were provided. We also were not permitted to park at the house before check-in and were asked to move our car before the cleaning of the unit could be completed, which was inconvenient.The house itself is very basic in terms of furnishings, particularly the mattresses, which could use an upgrade. The property would also benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning, especially in the high-traffic areas.Overall, the location is hard to beat, but the property could be improved with better furnishings, more attention to cleanliness, and a more accommodating parking/check-in process.

We were in Virginia Beach with our grandkids and the house was perfect to us. The first floor living/dining room was more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The best part was the location. Just a few blocks from the boardwalk and the house was on a quieter street. It was an easy walk even for our toddler. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The house and setup was very nice. Extremely close to the beach loved the location. We were leery about audio / video surveillance on the door. We presumed it didn’t infringe upon our privacy.Assigned from that the best location we’ve stayed in 5 yrs.
