Caton Place 4 |Rooftop Deck + Ocean Views | Walk to Beach

My family of 6 loved our stay at this property. It is very new looking, clean and modern and we would definitely stay there again. We have rented many properties in various places over the years and this was the best one yet. Tons of space, a close walk to the beach and very comfortable. While it wasn’t an issue for us, people should be aware that it’s a 4 floor townhouse (5 floors if you count the rooftop patio) so there are a lot of stairs to climb. Only other minor issue is that there are exactly enough bath and beach towels for 6 guests so either be prepared to use them multiple times or do some laundry. Also, the primary bedroom is huge and has tons of closet space for hanging clothes but there is no dresser so drawer space is limited to the small nightstands. Again, these are all minor issues and did not impact our enjoyment of the property. It was also really nice to have a private garage to store some of the beach gear we brought with.

Place was clean and plenty of room for the six of us. The girls (12 year olds) loved walking to everything as beach was very close. Lots to do for them. Lots of stairs so just beware! Had no issues with anything.

The house is lovely! Spacious, clean, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and other activities. It felt like an oasis. The rooftop sitting area is a fun addition. Our family hung out together up there, and I think we each spent time up there on our own, too - reading, sunning, sitting. Such a great spot. I appreciated the information provided during the check-in process. Check out was simple. The requested prep was reasonable and quick and easy to execute. We really enjoyed our stay! If we plan another trip to the area, I'd definitely check availability here first.

Excellent location and quality of construction! Everything functioned perfectly and has been well maintained. The maintenance manager greated us and made sure we knew everything we had to know. The only thing otherwise worth noting for others is that the bed in the master was extremely squeaky.
