Caton Place 4 |Rooftop Deck + Ocean Views | Walk to Beach

Place was clean and plenty of room for the six of us. The girls (12 year olds) loved walking to everything as beach was very close. Lots to do for them. Lots of stairs so just beware! Had no issues with anything.

The house is lovely! Spacious, clean, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and other activities. It felt like an oasis. The rooftop sitting area is a fun addition. Our family hung out together up there, and I think we each spent time up there on our own, too - reading, sunning, sitting. Such a great spot. I appreciated the information provided during the check-in process. Check out was simple. The requested prep was reasonable and quick and easy to execute. We really enjoyed our stay! If we plan another trip to the area, I'd definitely check availability here first.

Excellent location and quality of construction! Everything functioned perfectly and has been well maintained. The maintenance manager greated us and made sure we knew everything we had to know. The only thing otherwise worth noting for others is that the bed in the master was extremely squeaky.

Everyone in the family loved it. My 16 year old daughter said she doesn't want to go to North Carolina anymore. Only drawback is the amount of stairs. Definitely need to be able bodied to stay here.Thank you for the awesome stay.
